Discovering Who Is Stealing From Your Shop

By Pawl H Lynn

I just opened up a small toy shop within our town, which I was able to achieve by borrowing funds from my parents. I did my best to spend for only the absolute necessities of my business given that I was on a tight budget and still needed to pay them back.

After a couple of months of the shop being open, I began to notice that we would have items missing from our inventory. I would like to resolve this problem in order to prevent any further losses. Therefore, I opted to buy affordable security cameras for the store.

One speed dome camera quickly caught my interest with its ability to perform continuous 360-degree monitoring utilizing full pan, tilt, zoom features. I felt that it will be very suitable within my store.

Surveillance cameras were precisely what I needed to be able to keep an eye discreetly on what went on with my business. Having these fitted throughout the place would definitely help me discover who exactly was stealing the goods that were missing.

It was important that monitoring continued even after we closed shop for the evening. So, I looked at a wired indoor day/night surveillance dome camera which could go on recording even when it was dark.

I considered dome cameras as these have protective housing that are resistant against wear and tear. As durable items can be utilized long-term, they are also cost-efficient. If they are wired cameras, they further guarantee a continuous power source if you plug them into an electrical socket.

For guarding the outside surrounding areas, I considered a vandal-resistant IR day/night high resolution color dome camera. This one was resistant against weather and hard metal objects so it would not be damaged so quickly.

It really seemed like an obvious smart choice for me to buy affordable security cameras for my business. With additional eyes all around, I was quite certain that I would find out who was cheating me out of my commodities. It can be a customer or an employee of mine.
